Product Description

High Gripping Strength Sheet Metal Gripper

Introduction to Sheet Metal Gripper

Our sheet metal grippers are not only the universal gripping solution for press shop operations, but also the optimal choice for robotic part handling. Thanks to their lightweight, high-speed and highly flexible design, they greatly improve press tending productivity and satisfy most application demands in stamping press production lines. We provide enclosed gripper variants that can operate reliably in harsh welding environments, and the built-in internal mechanism ensures the grippers stay closed when air pressure is interrupted. All grippers feature a compact structure, modular openings, a variety of gripping styles and multi-point contact designs, along with user-friendly on-site jaw reconfiguration, adjustable opening angles, multipoint sensing and low maintenance requirements. Furthermore, our pneumatic gripper system offers professional hot metal options, creating a durable and adaptable gripping solution for high-temperature working scenarios. Capable of handling hot metal at a maximum temperature of 1650 °F (900 °C), it is ideal for holding heated sheet metal, plastics and supporting various thermoforming processes. Equipped with standard and flanged claws suitable for different material thicknesses, the hot metal gripper can be customized to resolve diverse application challenges efficiently.
